Fulcrum Fitness, a community-centered gym, was facing issues with its website's user experience. Visitors were finding it difficult to navigate through the site, resulting in missed opportunities for potential gym memberships. The existing website lacked a cohesive visual narrative to showcase the gym's community and values effectively.

We conducted user research to enhance website architecture and user-friendliness. Visual storytelling, featuring customer photos and quotes, conveyed community and trust. Bright colors and geometric shapes in the UI guided users to the primary call to action: signing up for gym memberships. This holistic approach transformed the website, improving user experience, bolstering online presence, and driving membership sign-ups.
